Leadership Prep Academy is a Co-Op College Preparatory High School for young men, that emphasizes leadership as a means of empowerment and self-actualization. Students will learn to become excellent problem solvers, effective communicators and ethical decision makers. LPA is committed to arming young men with intellectual curiosity, leadership skills, moral values and courage to become tomorrow’s thought-leaders.

Students attend school year round in trimesters: September-December, January-May and June-August. Students take 4 courses per semester – 3 core courses and 1 electives, for a total of 10 credits per semester. All core courses are taught 10-12 hours a week as opposed to the 5 hours a week that most high schools employ. This method allows our students to graduate early and take part in yearlong internship in their 4th year.

LPA’s students are supported by caring, experienced faculty dedicated to helping each student discover his unique potential academically, socially and interpersonally. We develop our student’s abilities that they may pursue academic and personal excellence, express themselves effectively, show respect and concern for themselves and others and become leaders able to face challenges with courage and integrity.
