Leadership Prep Academy (LPA) is a college preparatory school for young men. Our mission is to provide Urban Males with intellectual curiosity, leadership skills, strength, courage and honor; Young Men, who are committed to excellence in every field of human endeavor. We work with urban males in grades 9 through 12 for academic success and leadership skills through a rigorous academic and culturally aware program.

LPA’s students are supported by caring, experienced faculty dedicated to helping each student discover his unique potential academically, socially and interpersonally. We develop our student’s abilities that they may pursue academic and personal excellence, express themselves effectively, show respect and concern for themselves and others and become leaders able to face challenges with courage and integrity.
